Voting in Prison

Voting in Prison (SB828) would restore voting rights to the roughly 28,000 people in Illinois prisons post-conviction. Of those incarcerated, 55 percent are Black and 43 percent are between the ages of 18 and 35. We are disenfranchising our young, Black Illinoisans. Complete the petition below to let your Illinois legislators know you want voting rights restored and SB828 to become law.
